How to Create a Marriage Biodata with ShareLync
Step 1: Get the App
Get ShareLync for Android or iPhone.
The app handles creation and editing. The website lets families read the biodata links you send.
Step 2: Sign in
Use a sign-in option shown in the app. These can include phone sign-in, Google or Apple, depending on the platform and available options.
For phone sign-in, check the country code and number before requesting the SMS code. Enter the code when it arrives.
In version 4.7.2 and later, Send OTP first opens “Is this your number?”. Check the country and number. Tap Edit to correct them or Yes, send OTP to continue.
A sign-in number is different from a contact number you choose to show on your biodata. Review Contact Details before sharing.
Step 3: Add your details or import an existing biodata
Enter your personal details, education, career, family details and Partner Preferences. Add Cultural Background details where they apply.
If you already have a biodata, use the app's import option. Review the extracted fields before saving. Correct missing or inaccurate details and add the photos you want to use.

Step 4: Choose a language and theme
The app supports 16 languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, Odia, Assamese, Arabic, German and Malay.
Select the app language in Settings → Language. Arabic uses a right-to-left layout. Changing the app language does not replace a review of the text you enter.
Choose a theme and check how your biodata reads on a phone. Keep headings clear and use recent photos.
Step 5: Review and go live
Read each section before tapping Go Live. Check names, dates, education, work details and photos.
Only include information you intend to share. You do not need an exact address, identity document number or bank details in a biodata.
Step 6: Choose the sharing view and send its link
Open Versions → Manage on your biodata card. Create or edit a view to choose its visible sections.
Education, Career and Annual Income have separate switches. You can share your job while keeping income private.
Save, open the link and check the result. Send that link on WhatsApp, SMS or email. The family can read it in a browser.
What Happens After You Share?
When you save an update successfully, recipients see the current content the next time they open the link. Each view retains its own section choices.
If you want a break, pause sharing. A paused link does not provide access to the biodata. It cannot remove a screenshot or file someone saved earlier.
Check the app's view information to understand activity on your links. An open does not identify every person reading or sharing the biodata.
